Incoterms
- DDU – Freight paid by shipper. Parcel will be picked from door and deliver at customer’s door. Destination duty needs to be pay by buyer.
- DDP – Freight paid by shipper. Parcel will be picked from door and delivery at customer’s door. Destination duty need to be pay by seller.
- DAP – Freight paid by seller. Parcel will be picked from door and delivery at customer’s door. Destination duty, THC and destination clearance need to be done by buyer.
- CIF – Freight is paid by seller. It means shipment will be picked from seller’s door but it will travel till destination airport only. At destination airport, the buyer needs to align a broker to collect the cargo from Airlines.
- FOB – Freight on Board, Seller need to handover the shipment at origin port to the nominated agent by the buyer. Shipper must do the origin clearance before handover.
- Ex-Works – The buyer need to collect the cargo from seller’s factory. Freight, origin clearance, destination tax and duty need to pay by buyer only.
