Courier service: Courier service basically a door to door service. In India to qualify a courier cargo below are the norms

Actual weight and volumetric weight, none of them should exceed 30 kg.
Invoice Value should not exceed INR 10,000/-
If any of the above condition overruled then it will not treated as courier cargo.
